Email steve.avador@icloud.com. Please do not send passwords, complete payment details, or sensitive information that is not needed to understand the problem. We respond as soon as reasonably possible and within any deadline required by applicable law.
Account deletion
In Curio, open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated Curio data. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address connected to the account so we can verify your request.
Subscriptions and refunds
Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Settings on your iPhone: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Curio. Deleting your Curio account does not cancel billing. Apple handles App Store refunds under its own process.
Privacy requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask how it is used. Email us with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
